Welcome to Panthera — where surf meets soul.

Panthera was born out of a love for surfing, streetwear, and the power of representation. We’re not just a brand; we’re a movement — a growing community of surfers of color and allies who believe the ocean belongs to everyone.

In an industry long dominated by a narrow image of who a surfer is, Panthera exists to challenge that narrative. We highlight, uplift, and celebrate Black and Brown surfers — the ones rewriting the rules and reclaiming their place in the lineup. Because surfing isn’t just for the privileged or the few who grew up next to the ocean — it’s for anyone who feels called to the water.

Our drops are small and intentional — designed to spark excitement and build community around shared values and bold self-expression. At Panthera, fashion isn’t just about looking good — it’s about making a statement and standing for something real.

Whether you surf every day or just love the energy of it all — if you’re here for the culture, the cause, and the clothes — you’re one of us.

This is Panthera.

Who are we?

Two women with tattoos on their arms and curly hair, wearing bikinis, walking on a sandy beach carrying surfboards, with lush green hills and palm trees in the background.

We give Back…

Surfing is for everyone — and that means investing in the communities that make it possible.

At Panthera, we believe real change starts with action. That’s why we’re committed to giving back to organizations that are breaking barriers, building community, and creating access to the water for Black, Brown, and marginalized surfers.

With every purchase, we donate 5% of each sale to the organizations making a difference.

Who We Support…

  • This project is dedicated to introducing the sport of surfing to children and youth with special needs. The therapeutic benefits of this activity cannot be expressed and must be experienced. Through Surf4DEM, all children and youth can have the opportunity to experience the freedom that surfing provides, regardless of their limitations.

Other Organizations Making a difference ….

  • Formed in 2018, the Laru Beya Collective exists to provide education and access for the historically excluded youth of the Far Rockaways, as well as addressing the challenges to BIPOC surfers. Representation matters—our programs are structured around our mission to diversity. Additionally, Laru Beya creates long-term access to well-rounded mentorships, building connections within the surfing community, while incorporating sustainability and driving positive change in environmental movements.
